What is The Cigar Box?

Do I need to be a member to shop?
No. All guests are welcome to shop at our retail locations. Memberships and lockers are optional and available at select locations.

Are you beginner-friendly?
Absolutely. Whether it’s your first cigar or your thousandth, our staff is happy to guide you—no pressure, no judgment.

What cigar brands do you carry?
We carry a rotating selection of premium brands, including classics, limited releases, and boutique cigars. Availability varies by location.

Can I bring my own cigars?
At retail locations, purchases must be made in-store.  At The Cigar Box Bar & Lounge, outside cigars are not permitted.

What forms of payment do you accept?
Cash and major credit cards are accepted at all locations.

 

Are you 21+?

Yes. Guests must be 21 or older to enter and purchase.

Can I smoke cigars in the retail stores?
Yes, cigar and pipe smoking is permitted. Cigarettes, vapes, and other types of tobacco and smokeless nicotine products are prohibited. Please ask a team member about the current in-store smoking policies.

Do you offer cigar storage or lockers at retail stores?
Locker availability varies by location. Ask in-store for current options.

Can I place special orders or reserve cigars?
Yes. We’re happy to assist with special requests when available.

 

Do you sell accessories and gifts?
Yes—cutters, lighters, humidors, ashtrays, and gift-ready options are always available.

What is The Cigar Box Bar & Lounge?
A full-service cigar lounge featuring premium cigars, handcrafted cocktails, curated spirits, food offerings, and a relaxed, upscale atmosphere.

 

Do I need a membership to visit the lounge?
No. The lounge is open to the public. Locker memberships are available for guests who want additional perks.

Can I bring my own cigars into the lounge?
No. All cigars must be purchased on-site to maintain the quality and experience of our humidor.

 

Do you offer food and drinks?
Yes. We offer a full bar with craft cocktails, beer, and wine, along with a food menu designed to pair well with cigars.

What is a locker membership?
 

Locker members receive a private humidor, exclusive events, preferred access, and member-only perks. Ask staff for current pricing and availability.

Is there a dress code?
Casual.  We want you to be comfortable—but be reasonable. No tank tops, cut-offs, or other sloppy attire. 

 

Do you host events or tastings?
Yes. We regularly host cigar dinners, tastings, live music, brand events, and private gatherings.

 

Can I book a private event?
Yes. Private and semi-private events are available. Please speak with management or contact us directly.

Yes. Our staff is happy to assist.

Can groups move furniture?
For safety and service reasons, furniture must remain in place. Staff will help accommodate groups whenever possible.

Do you allow photography or video?
Casual photos are welcome. Professional photography or filming requires prior approval.

What’s your approach to etiquette?
Relaxed, respectful, and welcoming. We ask guests to be mindful of others and enjoy the space responsibly.
